We also offer stress adjustments in contactless tracks for welding at temperatures below 15°C, either by stretching the rails with hydraulic tensioners or by introducing artificial heat to achieve elongation.

Rehabilitation of steel railway and tram pavement.

We perform rehabilitation by semi-automatic welding of steel turnout elements, including turnouts of type 60 E1, 49 E1, Ri 60, ordinary cross-beams, double cross-beams, wing rails, needles, and rail connections, as well as blasting and side wear welding. Welding of tramway rails and cross-ties with modern automatic welding machines from Lincoln Electric and ESAB.

We also offer rail grinding with grinders.

S-type insulated bonded-prestressed joints in 60 E1 and 49 E1 rails and in tramway rails.
