In Poznań, a 1944 water main was renovated using the loose relining method. With only five excavations along a stretch of more than a thousand metres, road closures have been reduced, while at the same time, the costs associated with replacing the track and laying a new layer of asphalt have been reduced.

The work went ahead as planned.
