WATER AND SEWAGE INFRASTRUCTURE | CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF WATER INTAKES
I. Drilling of wells
We are involved in drilling intake wells using percussion methods in diameters of up to 813 mm. The deep well drilling method we use is completely safe for the aquifer and has the most beneficial effect on the subsequent operation of the well.
We offer the rehabilitation of deep wells using a high-pressure hydrodynamic method to effectively restore well performance. Combined with specialised chemicals, this method removes deposits accumulated in the inner part of the filter and the outer layer of the peri-filter backfill.
The effect translates into greater efficiency and, consequently, lower operating costs for the well. Our reclamation machine is equipped with an HDS crane to remove pumps, pipes, and well fittings.
Advantages of the technology:
- Well cleaning using the hydrodynamic method very effectively removes biological, mineral and ferruginous deposits from the inner walls of the wells.
- Effectively improves the filtration parameters of the backfill in the filter zone and enhances the well’s performance.
- The regeneration process is safe for the soil and water environment.
- The hydrodynamic method supported by chemical processes produces long-term and highly effective results in the well maintenance process.
II. Rehabilitation of wells and tanks
Technology description
The Terlan Company offers a range of restoration technologies designed to repair and protect concrete maintenance holes and tanks against corrosion. During the renovation, the well is cleaned with high-pressure water (250-500 bar), and the old maintenance hole steps are removed. The prepared mineral mortar is then spread centrally by a device and drained under constant control into the drainage well.
With many years of experience working with systems from various manufacturers and trained staff, we guarantee the selection of the best method and the highest quality of craft, from the smallest maintenance holes to the largest water and sewage facilities.
Application
Wells in need of repair by sealing and rehabilitation.
Diameter range
1,000-1,500 mm
