TERLAN - EXPERTS IN PRACTICE

We combine the competences of three sectors: water and sewerage, track and road, and construction and waste management.

For over 20 years, we have been creating infrastructure that increases the comfort and functionality of life.

We build and rehabilitate water and sewage networks, drill and regenerate wells, and implement cubature and infrastructure construction projects as part of general contracting, including sewage treatment plants and water treatment plants. We are a leader in trenchless technologies and an innovator of solutions in more than just the water and sewage industry. Our second domain is roads, bridges, railway and tram networks. We revitalise cities, modernise tracks, build rain gardens and retention reservoirs, as well as cycle paths. We also provide services in the field of biodegradable waste management – it is in our composting plant that a soil improvement agent is produced.

We operate not only in our hometown of Poznań, but we can also boast of numerous projects in various cities across Poland and Europe. We have left our mark in Kraków, Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Warsaw, Szczecin, Gorzów, and many other cities.

We have extensive market experience, specialised staff, and the right equipment.

WASTEMANAGEMENT

We are experts in converting sewage sludge into a soil improver. It is in our composting plant that the valuable Komcel is produced – a product with a wide range of uses that effectively improves soil quality and supports sustainable agriculture.

On December 1, 2025, TERLAN enters another important stage in its development – on this day, it was transformed into a joint-stock company. The decision to change the legal form is not only an organizational matter. It is a step forward that opens up new opportunities for us and confirms that we are ready for even more ambitious challenges.
